you said my case was closed - but if it wasnt I had to mail you - which I did. to receive the following

Your man was going to do an additional check as I am getting less than 1mbps and sometime none at all.

Saying "you" and "your man" on a customer to customer forum will have zero effects. You are best to call the broadband team about your fault.
