NO INTERNET

So my activation date was supposed to be the 12th August and is supposed to activate before midnight it’s now 1.25am and no internet, I’m still having to hotspot my phone to work from home because I’ve been waiting two weeks for today!! 
I’ve looked at so

many comments and reviews and I’m really regretting getting NOW TV because it’s looks as if they’re doing it to A LOT of people and taking the money each month but leaving people with no internet!

can someone please let me know if you are dealing with this or know what’s going on. It’s disgusting🤦‍♀️ ♀️ @NOWTV
