NBA app

My NBA league pass won't play any live or video content, has been fine until yesterday,  tried firestick, ipad and android none work but when I switch off WiFi and use 4g all is fine! I also took it to my sons on his wifi again all fine. Any help please ?

Sounds like a conflict between the NOW Router and the App.

First things I would try is go into your NOW account and changed the Broadband Buddy age Settings, if that doesn't work try unplugging the power to the Router for around 20 minutes to allow it to automatically acquire a new IP Router address.

If still no luck, then go into the NOW Router webpage Settings and see if disabling IPV6 makes any difference using the App.

Give the NOW Broadband Team a call to see if they can figure out what's going wrong with your NBA App.

Have been speaking to them, they have no answer and are waiting for technical team to advise, not impressed at all.

Any other help or thoughts on here? Broadband team arn't any help,
