My now tv hub cannot plug in to phone socket please help

I have just moved into a flat and ordered a now tv hub. I found that the white plastic BT phone point front part is missing. The hub seems cannot plug in to the phone socket normally . What should i do to fix it? Who I can contact to solve this problem ? Thanks to help me!

May be an expensive Openreach repair- consider buying off E bay✅

I hardly to plug it in but i did that. It showed 2 green lights at first. After waited half of the day it suddenly turned on 3 green lights. It works now. Thank you all for help 🙂

you have plugged your adsl filter into your phone line I assume? Then plugged your router into this?
