I am still waiting for my line to go live 



Not, alas, an unusual occurrence these days.

So many things to go wrong, and Now are dependent on Openreach, who do the actual installations for all ISPs using their network.

But we are all just customers like you on this Community, and no-one from Now Broadband will read this 😛

If you want to talk to someone at Now Broadband about it, though, as well you might, call one of these numbers:-

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
