My internet and landline packaged cancelled without my knowledge

I signed up to get internet and a landline set up through NOW on jan 1st set to have my box arrive today the 11th and had no further correspondence to the inital "thank you for choosing us" email, ive logged on today to find out my package has been cancelled and ive not been told when or why, do I just bot get internet now or is this a mistake on the website??
