I can only access the my apps page and everything I press on remote takes me back to the my apps page. I have reset wifi and unplugged everything still no change.  

please help???!

What playback device ?

There was a bug on the NowTV boxes and Stick a few weeks back, which i believe it was fixed (well it was fixed on my box).

Maybe try setp 6 on this trouble shooting guide if you have a NowTV box or Stick.
