If your scheduled live activation Broadband date is today, NowTV state that it could happen anytime up until Midnight tonight.

I would leave the Hub Router plugged in and wait for the three green lights to appear on the front of the Router which indicates you have gone live.
You could try a reboot on the Router whilst waiting.
If you are concerned, then give the NowTV Broadband Team a call, you will find their telephone number by going to My Account > Orders & Appointments whilst logged in on here (click the drop down arrow below your live Broadband & Phone date to see the number to call).
I believe their phone helpline is open until 11pm tonight and reopens at 8 am in the morning.
