Is the above normal? as when I ordered my broadband I was told that I would be given a phone number in a few days ( that was the 13th Sept).
Yes, you should have done and it should have been in your confirmation of order. Are you saying that your NOW broadband service is working , but your phone isn't?
If the phone is working, try dialling 17070, it should tell you your number.
