My broadband is dead and call centre is shut for Xmas. Who do I call?

Hi. So my phone line and broadband are dead again just in time for Xmas. The call centre says it is closed until Wednesday so how can I get a fault fixed? Is there an email or alternative number?

Yep. Tried the 0800 several times this morning. The online AI chat bot was no help whatsoever. 🙁
