We couldn’t get in touch with service care number to tell where and when we gonna move out to new housing.
We took Now Broadband kit and connected it following the steps on the guide, but we have only 2 green lights(for Power and Wireless, no light for Internet).
Contact on my email to get engineer help to my new address.
Thanks in Advance

If you haven't told Now that you are moving/have moved, no the kit will not work at the new location.
You should give 30 days notice of moving.

When was your go live date?
You don't get broadband support on the forum. See the below for the number.

NOW Broadband Members can call us 8am–8pm, 7 days a week.

You can’t just turn up at a new address, plug in your Now router, and expect it to work.
To get Now Broadband over your phone line, you need Now to be at the other end of it, something that takes a certain amount of setting up, and not just at your end.
Hence them needing 30 days notice.
So you need to contact Now Broadband ASAP, and start that process.
Or possibly, if this is really new housing, and not just new to you, you may not be able to get Now at all, as the new house may be cabled for FTTP (fibre to the property), which Now do not provide.
But Now will know when you call them, or you can put your new address in a broadband checker, which will tell you,
