I've just switched from Vodafone broadband to Now TV. I've set up my hub. My "live date" was the 14th January, it's now the 17th and I've still got nothing 😩
The power and wireless light are both green. However my Internet light isn't coming on at all.
I've tried reseting the hub, I've followed the troubleshooting flowchart where it tells you to take out the wires and try again.. And nothing!
I'm desperate to get this running 😩 has anyone got any suggestions that might fix this?
