I am moving into a rental property in a few weeks. I am aware that there is an active phone line at the property however the landlord is unable to provide me with the last two digits needed for now tv to take over the phone line. Therefore I have selected th E option to have a new phone line installed with now tv.
on the day of the engineer visit, if he turns up and finds that the old active phone line is suitable, would he be able to just connect through to that one and help us find the phone number so we don’t have to have a new line installed?
