If I were you, for a peace of mind I’d be calling the broadband team.

How to submit your complaint:

  • Give us a call on 08007591213 to speak directly to a NOW TV advisor.
FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Moved taking NOW BB with us twice now. Ideally they need at least 2 weeks notice to ensure availability at your next address on your required date. It tends to stop at old address at midnight the day before it starts at your next address. That’s assuming that starting the service at the next address either doesn’t need an engineer visit (but if it does, it can still be ok, just depends on what work is needed to be done, e.g. first move needed a new cable from pole to house and a new master socket, second move was a new build that needed engineer to visit and literally wire up the master socket and then pop back to the cabinet and get it up & running). Good luck with your move!
