If it is relating to nowtv broadband and your are moving home, then sign in on here with your broadband account details, then select My Account then on the drop down menu options given select Broadband & Calls where you will see a section about moving home.
Click on the moving home button and a helpline telephone number will appear on screen and give them a call.
