Moved house was supposed to go live 28/2 and it’s still not on.

Moved house and supposed to go live 28/2 days so on email. Waited to midnight still nothing. On the my account says I haven’t went live yet either but I’m meant to. So very confused what’s going on. Over a week we have been down now.

That makes 2 of us. Mine was meant to go live at midnight but nothing. And it got pushed back a week so been stuck with no internet for 2 weeks and now this. Not a very encouraging start I must say!

Same and our tv only works with internet too so have absolutely zilch to do👎
