Hey everyone, I have been with Now TV for probably 5 years now and have moved house and an engineer is being sent to set up a phone line on 1/4/20 which is fine. In the current circumstances, will this happen? I am classed as a key worker (even though I do not agree and in no way on the front lines of this at all) and need internet to work from home. Also, with a lockdown imminent, being able to stream some TV would be beneficial. I can't get in touch with NOWTV so wondered if anyone could advise if I'm gonna be without Internet for all of this. I do have a back up plan but if I'm gonna be in lockdown with my husband having two TVs with internet would help 😂😂 obviously work aspect is more important. Thanks in advance for any help.
