We moved house and informed Now TV more than 2 weeks ago. We were told it would be switched on today and we still don't have it. I've tried the Order Tracker thing on the website, but when i click on it, it seems to be working on it, but then get a blank screen. I've tried it on various devices with chrome, edge, explorer safari, all the same.
Currently paying for a service that we're not getting.

I should say also we can't call because mobile reception in the new place is non-existent and obviously the landline isn't working as we haven't been connected yet. Somehow I get h+ mobile internet, but not voicecalls!
