Move pass to tv?!

I have just signed up for a free trial for the entertainment pass. I assumed when I next went into the tv it would just be on my now tv app, but it’s not? I’m very technologically challenged!

Sign in on your TV with your account details (same email).  It will be there.

I’ve signed out and back in, it’s not there

login via a browser and check these pages

• https://account.nowtv.com/account-details  -- confirm the Username/Email address
• https://account.nowtv.com/passes -- confirm the trial is active

then on your TV

• go to Now TV
• down to My Account
• use right arrow and check trial is active and who you are signed in as

@Anonymous User If you're using a YouView box (eg BT or Talktalk) to watch on then unfortunately only the movie pass can be watched on YouView boxes , not entertainment, kids or sports.

Have a look at the following list of supported devices as you might find you already have something that you can watch entertainment on. If not, a NOW TV stick is probably your cheapest option.

If you using any other device then entertainment pass should work, so follow @starman73 's advice
