Morons of the biggest order

So there is scheduled work to the broadband in my area.  Scheduled but zero notification and so hours of work lost.  This is on top of the utterly sub optimal streaming service provided by Sky/Now in the first place.  Total clowns and honestly cannot see why I would ever continue with any of their “services”.

@Dlxmarshall

You will be given any compensation if your activation is delayed. If I were you call the broadband team until your up and running.

Also you should set your mobile phone as a hotspot for the time being.

That being said NOW are fully reliant on OpenReach and you might get the same delays with another provider.

See link for number.

NOW Broadband Members can call us 8am–8pm, 7 days a week.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Has your connection gone down, or are you waiting for a new connection to be activated?

Now Broadband is a home/domestic service with no frills, so if your connection goes down then the worst that will happen is that you will be unable to browse at home, or watch netflix etc - unless you use a mobile device to tether, if you have lost "hours of work" then maybe your employer/workplace should provide you with a mobile device to use for work purposes

 Business broadband ( which now is not) will typically have a higher level of support, as well as other perks such as mobile data back up (3/4/5G) - see here for example:
