In the last few days I have found I lose the internet periodically. I have all 3 green lights lit up on the modem with no internet but the only way to get the internet back is to reset the modem.
The internet vanishes from all devices, on both wifi and cable.
The only thing I am doing differently to usual is using Microsoft OneDrive to upload a lot of files.
Question - does transferring a lot of data break the modem? I have unlimited downloads.
Thanks in advance.

Have you tried a factory reset to the router by press the reset button for roughly 10 seconds?
Thanks for the suggestion @gavs82008
I tried that but it happened again.
I also tried going to the admin page that connects to the router and did a reboot.
I'll turn off the OneDrive sync and see if it stops happening so I know if it is the heavy upload causing it.

Wow, thanks @gavs82008 ! I thought it was impossible to speak to anyone at NOW. I'll keep that number somewhere safe!
It's stopped happening since OneDrive completed it's tasks, so I'll hold off until it happens again.
Thanks for you help.
