I found these steps online for common wifi issue regarding the J3
- From any Home screen, tap the Apps icon.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Applications.
- Tap Application manager
- Tap the Play Store.
- Tap Storage.
- Tap Clear data and then tap OK.
- Tap Clear cache.
