Message says not in this country? Scotland?

I keep getting that I cannot stream in this country? I am in Scotland???

What device are you using?

Are you using a VPN?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Hi @Anonymous User 

Is the message popping up on all your playback devices when watching NOW? 

If you are not using a VPN and are using a playback device from your home network Router, then use this link checker website tool below to see if your Router IP location and ISP is saying UK.

https://whatismyipaddress.com/ 

Should it come back outside the UK or unknown then try switching off the power to the Router for around 20 to 30 minutes, which will hopefully automatically create a new issued IP in the UK.
