Master Socket is needed

Hi,

 

I have recently moved to a flat that is fully refurbished and there is no Master socket. I need an engineer visit to install it for me. My installation date is 1st June 2022 but it says they have not scheduled visit of engineer. How can I install and activate the purchased Superfast broadband service without socket? Unfortunately there is no live webchat to get support from Now.

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

Firstly if the flat is rented i would ask the landlord if there is a telephone socket hidden away somewhere inside the property.

 

If not, you may need to ask your landline for permission to allow a new telephone line fitted.
