Making certain old landline number ported across

Hi,

 

Line is now activated for broadband which is great.  I think the problem was caused by BT/Openreach not closing down the BT installation cleanly.

 

Final hurdle is to get our old landline number ported across.  Hopefully that will happen very soon!

Good luck with that.  Why was your number not ported across in the first place?

Anybody who has successfully had their old telephone number ported across to NowTV Broadband like to respond here?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
