Main bt call/broadband socket not working

My broadband was working fine until i moved the box while rearranging the furniture a few hours ago. Since then ive done nothing but follow all the usual steps, googled loads of different numbers with no hope. Im getting two green lights but no green light for internet connection. The main connection box (the wee white BT box) im assuming is the problem. Im close to tears as my anxiety it through the roof because i dont know what to do or who ive to call. With two kids and a tv that doesn’t work unless ive an internet connection im at my wits end. Please help

Obviously the box is the Now router and the wee white BT box is the master socket.

What do you mean by "the box" you then go onto mention a wee white BT box

 you need to clarify things a little more.

 

Also do you have a dial tone on the mastersocket?
