Hi all,
We moved just before COVID broke out and have been having trouble getting broadband set up. At the moment, we are looking to order broadband from NOWTV but we know that we will require an engineer visit as our new property does not have a Master Socket.
Can anyone advise how we can book an engineer visit via NOWTV? Will we have to place the order first and book the engineer visit second?
Apologies as we are not really sure about how we can go about this.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi @Anonymous User
My understanding is when you go through the ordering process on the NowTV website the system will flag up if an Engineer is required.
There is a bit of information about an Engineer visit on this linked NowTV article below.

Should the NowTV automatic system not pick up that an Engineer is required, where you believe one in necessary to fit a suitable BT Master Socket, then get in touch with NowTV live chat.
Use this link page below, if you need to get in touch with NowTV.
