Its amazing when companies make it difficult to just log a fault on their service.....
I would like to log a fault in the SA16 area in South Wales on the broadband, its been intermittent for the last few weeks in the daytime. Does it during the night as my tv can show it but hasn't been much of a problem when asleep.
Did I really have to create a forum post for this...🤣 Absolute joke!
Definitely rethinking my choice of providers.
Oh and no BS about have I restarted my router and check my cables. Done, done and done to anything else you could ask.

You are not talking to Now here, so no point asking us to investigate.
However logging a fault shouldn't be difficult.

Simple answer is NO you don’t post on here to get anything broadband related sorted. You call the number using the link provided by @Jayach
Broadband support never have posted on here in my entire time of being on the forum.
