You may be better off contacting nowtv broadband by phoning the broadband team rather than live chat with regards to broadband or telephone related matters,
You will find their number by going to My Account on here and select Orders & Appointments from the drop down menu options.
Then if you click on the drop down arrow below broadband and telephone live date you should see a telephone number to contact.
