Hi all,
My live date was October 8th. That day I installed my router as no notification was sent to me and the internet is working perfectly. However, on My Account, there is no actualization and I keep getting SMS from NOW saying there is a delay with my broadband going live.
I fear at some point my broadband stops working.

Was Sky your previous ISP if you switched internet Broadband providers ?
Anything under your online account under Bills & Payments or Orders & Appointments ?
Can you check online with your previous ISP if you switched then the account has been cancelled and still not running, though i doubt the NOW Hub Router would work unless it was Sky.
Your best bet is to get in touch with the NOW Broadband Team to see what's happening.
