Live Chat issue

Hi everyone,

I watched a football game at noon without a problem yet when I tried to select another on later this afternoon I couldn't get the match to start when I input enter on my remote.

I tried to send a message on  Live Chat about the problem but I couldn't see how to send my text to the person on the line and it timed out.

How do I fix these problems?

You need to click “chat online” within the green box. Don’t hit “get help quicker” as this is a bot.

Thanks for getting in touch. I fear I'm still not doing it properly.
I hit the "Chat online" button within the green box and the created my
message
when the agent was on the line. It timed out as I couldn't see how to send
it and exchange messages with the agent.
Sorry but I'm obviously missing something on the screen to enter the message

All I can suggest is trying another browser if you haven’t done so already.

Otherwise you can email support using the address in the below picture.

If you are doing it in a browser on a PC, you probably just need to press the "enter" or "return" keys. Enter key - Wikipedia

Hi Jayach, Thanks for your response. I was looking at the monitor screen for a submit or enter button. Instead I should have, as you say, used my keyboard.
