Line Activation

My line activation date was yesterday, nothing happened. After calling, I have just found out there’s been a delay in my start, Which no one notified me about, so now I have to wait 72 hours or longer, which means I will miss a deadline tonight. I have Nowhere else to go for wi Fi and I have no idea what to do. I am fuming. I asked if there was anyway they could help me for today and was told no. Has anyone else had a problem like this?

Yes.

 

Mine was due to go live on Monday. Called up on Tuesday and was told I would get an update by Friday. I received an SMS today saying I would receive an update on Friday.
