Laptop download

Can someone tell me why i can't download to a laptop but i can to any other device?

Can you explain what you mean by "download"?

 

Are you talking about download for offline viewing on a tablet/phone?

 

Or download the NOW app like on a Smart TV?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
