Landline outage

How do I report a landline outage in my area? My landline is dead since yesterday, so are my neighbours (broadband is fine) but if I check it with the NowTv troubleshooter it says there are no problems with ‘Broadband and Calls’.

ChatBot gets me nowhere either.

Even here there is no ‘board’ for Landlines.

I’m so frustrated!

I called the number suggested but the automated questions weren’t relevant - it was all about Broadband (which is working fine). I am trying to report a LANDLINE outage. 
Hoe do I get DIRECTLY through to a Human to discuss this with?

Hi @HelpMeee 

If you get the auto message, then just select a Broadband option where it will still get you through to the same Team who also deals with phone line problems.

Or alternatively you could try this telephone number on this screen shot below.

That phone number is what was needed - thank you!!!!! issue has now been reported and openreach coming to fix.
