Landline fault

This is so frustrating.  I cannot receive calls on my landline and I have been trying to contact Now Tv about this using my mobile phone and I can never get through.  I wait for over half an hour and then give up.  This eats into my phone credit.  When I do their online check of my line it comes back that all looks good, which is a lie!!  I cannot email them about the problem because I cannot get past the line check which comes back as no problem found so they don't advance me to contact anyone about the fault.  It just loops around and around.  How the hell do I contact them about this problem.  I cannot even seem to find if their help line on a a landline is free to phone.  At the moment I seem to be able to phone out using the landline.

There is in fact a free to call number, it's in this link:

The number is for telephone faults as well as broadband.

Not sure what number you were trying to call, but as @Jayach pointed out the broadband number for support is indeed a free from number as both @Jayach and @redchiz1 have provided it.
