Does anyone know how I contact NOW to ask them why my landline is not working a week after installation. The auto checks say everything is working properly but I don't get through when I ring my landline.
Or does porting a number take longer than 17 days?

The number porting should happen at the same time as the broadband. Give Now a ring on the number in this link: https://help.nowtv.com/article/how-to-submit-a-broadband-complaint1
Are you able to ring out? It's possible the porting didn't work, and you may have a new number.
