I have no dial tone. I've tried a different phone in the main control box and that doesn't work either.
I can't find a way of reporting the fault - the help system is useless. Follow the "Broadband & Calls" route eventually just leads to "Broadband" ONLY.
Can anybody tell me how to report this fault so that it can be fixed without pretending it's a "broadband" issue?
Same problem with this post - had to select a Board, but none relevant!

If you select "Broadband" they will deal with phone issues also: 0330 041 2518.

The help system is correct, phone support deals with BOTH landline and broadband. Call the number provided by @redchiz1

It's best to get in touch by phone, so an advisor can help fix your issue at the same at time as registering your complaint.

same here, I guess the only answer is to threaten to cancell, then you may get to speak to someone
