Please can NowTV support help? For the last few weeks I keep getting dropped internet on ALL devices in the house (iPad, iPhone, Apple TV, Laptops, Desktop). It lasts roughly 20 seconds.
We don't get a dropped Wi-Fi signal, that's fine we're still connected to the router. But I'll get DNS resolution errors in the browser, and Windows will report no internet.
All 3 lights remain green during this outage.
It's impacting me working from home now, please can you help, maybe send a new router? I've already restarted the router multiple times with no luck still happens. I've checked the line using your tool but says no issues.
