MY INTERNET IN THE LAS HOUR MUSH HAVE GONE OFF AND COME BACK ON 10 TIMES
DO I NEED TO LOOK FOR A PROVIDER THAT CAN GIVE ME A CONSTANT LINE OR ARE THEY GONNA FIX THIS

Just to inform you this this is a customer forum, we are all customers here. Seldomly do Now TV staff post on here.
All that we would be able to do is provide you with troubleshooting links and the broadband customer freephone number.
If you have done both, then of course you are free to leave Now TV for not providing a suitable service to you.
