Just subscribed to Broadband and telephone

Broadband Connection is Extremely  frustrating, keeps stating connected, not connected... even though Now Box and Tv, Computers are in the same room...... Might well go back to original provider even though cost double..

Give it a couple of hours to see if BT Openreach are still working on the street cabinet or local exchange.

If there is no difference or improvement through out the rest of this afternoon get in touch with the NOW Broadband Team.
