I've got the same problem and its getting very frustrating should have gone live by midnight on the 9th and almost 48hrs later still no internet. Have checked and rechecked the hub2 several times. Beginning to regret signing up. I've also checked account status and it says phone and broadband are both live!!!:'(
@Anonymous User Welcome to the forum. If rebooting the hub doesn't help I'd suggest giving the broadband team a call. You can find the telephone number for the Broadband Team by going to your My Account > My Package page

You might need to re-set you internet routa, turn it off for a few minutes, then switch it back on, then it should be re-seted!
