Hi just had my engineer leave who said when I put in the password on my device I'll be all set up, done that, all lights on the hub are solid green but I can't connect says I have no Internet access. What do I do?

Was this a BT Openreach Engineer where i would be surprised if they would get involved in setting up a Wifi network password on your NowTV Hub Router.
Did the Engineer give you the password and are all three green lights showing constantly on the front of your NowTV Hub Router ?
I would be inclined myself to try rebooting the Router at the mains first and if that doesn't work i would be tempted to push the reset button on the back of the Router for about 10 secs which will default it back to it's out of the box settings where you can use the SSID network ID and password shown on the label underneath the bottom of the Router.
Should you be a bit nervous resetting the Router, then give the NowTV Broadband Team a call for further assistance & help.
