It says broadband and phone go live and successful

Hi,

Today is the day, and on my dashboard, it says Broadband and phone go live, and the status is Successful.

I self-installed the kit, but there's still no internet. Do I need to wait the whole day for this to work, or there's something wrong?

Keep an eye on it as line activation can take up until midnight.

this is unbelievable i actually waited until now 1am and still not working. They also charged me with the monthly payment and still no internet. what should I do?

Give the broadband team a call after 8am.

NOW Broadband Members can call us 8am–8pm, 7 days a week.

One thing to bear in mind is that NOW don't own any of their own network, so they rely 100% on OpenReach. 
That being said, you will be entitled to compensation.
