It has been over two weeks without my broadband being activated



My broadband was due to go live on November 11th. Due to some supposed delay with openreach, my broadband has still not gone live, now over two weeks later. 


I have rung up multiple times, I have emailed multiple times. I get the same response copy-pasted to me every week:

'We have reviewed your order today to check its progress and found there is a delay. We have contacted Openreach for a clearer understanding of the delay and the work involved in order to connect your Phone / Broadband service(s).

We will provide you the latest update by (a date roughly one week later)'

Nobody will explain the nature of the delay, and nobody will tell me exactly when it will be fixed. All I get are the same canned responses. 


Any ideas?

Keep pestering until it’s sorted. Unfortunately NOW are having to rely on OpenReach getting g you up and running.
