I've been a customer of nowtv broadband for nearly 2 years.
Yesterday at 4pm we lost our internet connection.
Looking deeper into the nowtv box. We are connected to the exchange but the statistics are showing us that we are transmitting packets but not receiving packets.
To me, it looks like an authentication issue. The line attenuation looks fine and speeds too.
It's weird. I cannot ping 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1.
I've powered off the nowtv box for 2 hours and plugged back in but no success.
I've got a WAN IP address but no connectivity.
