Hi,
I wonder if anyone can help me. I have just signed up for NOW broadband and have 2 new LG Smart TVs. I have connected the TV to the hub and I cannot download any apps. It says it has failed to installed with the code "3199" (on both TVs). This made me this it was an issue with the router rather than the TVs as it was happening on both, so I used a mobile hotspot to download the apps and it instally downloaded on both. Obviously there is some setting within the router that is blocking the downloading of apps. I know to check http://192.168.0.1/ with the admin password, but what would the cause of the block? Firewall settings? DNS settings?
I don't want to buy another router, so if anyone could provide any insight that would be ideal, thanks.
