Issue loading images on iPhone - IP masking?

Moved from BT to Now and finding that Mail on the iPhone doesn't load remote images automatically any longer. I've had to turn off privacy protection on the iPhone to get them to load automatically.

Are Now doing something with our IP address or something else stopping images loading?

Noticed the security on the hub is non existent (guess the admin username and password!) and is very old technology.

If by privacy protection, you mean Private Relay, yes, you have to turn that off.

The other cause of many initial difficulties with Now Broadband is that Broadband Buddy is set to age 13, or something like that.

Set it to 18, or turn it off altogether, and see if things improve.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Thanks - thought these were settings on the hub interface page. Now updated the Buddy (couldn’t see it on the NowTV website).
