I have been using for more than a year and I have not had major issues.
But from last week the internet speed has become very slow and it comes around 3 Mbps normally it comes around 12 Mbps.
I have restarted the router number of times and I called support last Monday and had a 45 mins call to report and provide the pics, Even I had to go outside my flat to upload the pics using mobile data, I live in basement and mobile network is not so good here.
How to track the issue I have reported last Monday?
How to find whats the action has been taken? My account says Kit delivery for even technical checks I have done, i not of much useful.
I do not want to call on the phone number again!!!
I am getting frustrated every day to use internet, I could not do anything even for loading this page it took 30 mins in order to see this field where I can type.
