Had no broadband since Sunday morning, and can no longer work from home. Sitting in garden using my 4G lobby to email for assist. Very frustrated 😣

Have you tried re setting the nowtv hub router by holding and pressing the reset button on the back of the router ?
Should you have already done this, then contact the nowtv broadband team where under My Account > My Package on here there should be a telephone number when you click on "moving home" and ask to be transferred to the relevant broadband dept.

Had BT engineer out last Friday and he found a corroded junction and said he'd fixed it alas he hasn't cos within 24 hours the broadband had gone kerrput again. Do I need to get Pope Francis to issue a papal edit to get any Now Tv customer service to sort this out?
