Is an engineer visit required if the line is ready?

I'm considering purchasing Now TV's broadband but have one minor question.

I have had Fiber broadband before (provided by BT) at my address but it's been over a year since I disconnected it. I am presently abroad and need to know if an engineer would have to visit my address to set up the broadband/line so I can schedule my return trip accordingly.

Will an engineer visit be scheduled or will Now TV simply post the router?

OK, it is unlikely that you will need an engineer but you will not know for sure until you order the Broadband service.

You will then get email confirmation from NowTV.
